Oh no- can’t believe it has been so long since my last post.  I have been out in the world a bit- Austria nd Germany.  Fantastic.  Found out unexpected things bout Austrian wine and food and had my fair share of Shnitzels!  Back to the real world- we are here serving up our ten Roses by glass for the summer- Muga rosado is lovely ad full of melon.  Villa Wolf Rose from Germany has sweet floral character with ripe peach and apricot.  Tomorrow we have a radish, watermelon, and fava salad on arugula that loves the flavors of fresh rose wine.  Come on by, grab a seat on the veranda,  and enjoy the sunset with us.  Best- The Kir Cru
